Born and raised in east San Jose, David has called San Jose home nearly all his life. He attended Toyon Elementary, Piedmont Middle, and Independence High schools as well as earned two degrees from San Jose State University. Today, he is an active community volunteer and respected certified public accountant at Johanson & Yau Accountacy Corporation in San Jose. He and his wife, Debbie, have two daughters attending local schools.
