Rosen's Education: Union College + An honors graduate in political science. Member of Phi Beta Kappa. Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law graduate with a master of laws degree in corporate law.

Governmental Positions: Sullivan County (NY) Attorney, Town of Delaware (NY) Attorney Counsel for governments: Towns of Highland, Neversink and Thompson, Roscoe, Eldred and Jeffersonville School Districts, Sullivan County Industrial Development Agency
