Santa Barbara County Elections Office

  • On Monday, October 20, 2008 the County Registrar of Voters Office notified Kate Smith that she is ineligible to run for the office of Governing Board Member for the Santa Barbara School Districts as she is not registered within the district. Votes for Kate Smith will not be counted.

  • All other candidates for this School District contest are qualified.

  • We are advising you that any votes cast for Kate Smith will not be counted.
  • If you voted for Kate Smith for Governing Board Member of the Santa Barbara School Districts and returned your ballot:
