Experienced Teacher's are leaving the district

Teacher attrition is at alarming high.
Teacher attrition in the Nuview Union School District is at an alarming high. Currently, four out of every ten teachers in the district have less than two years teaching experience. The average number of years teaching in the district is less than six years, far below the state and county average.

We need to stop being a revolving door district for teachers and seek out ways to retain the best and the brightest and build a core of expert teachers who chose to start their careers in Nuview and stay!
