Candidate for
Board Member; Temecula Valley Unified School District

I have been a Temecula resident for nearly 20 years. My wife of 25 years is a teacher and our 3 children have attended TVUSD public schools exclusively.

2 of our children are currently in college (Northern Arizona University and UC Berkeley). Our youngest is a junior at GOHS.

My career started out in law enforcement and evolved to dentistry where I have taught and owned my own practice. I know what the education system is because I have experienced it.

I know what government work requires because I have experienced it.

I know what business skills are necessary to run our district because I have experienced it.

And I know what the joys and frustrations are with our public schools with our children, because I have experienced it.

I have been in your shoes. I chose to run for the Board now that most of my children are in college. Knowing how fast our children grow up, I wanted to be there for my children and for that I am forever thankful of that decision.

Now I have the time to give back to my community and to help your children. Please "CAST" your vote for Doug Cast on election day.
