Position Papers
Leadership
Our council meetings need to be business meetings. Instead, they have been dominated by distracting, disruptive and repetitive politics. This must change.
Crime
5 candidates platforms include rising crime. In 2006 elections, fear of crime was also an issue, the 2005 crime rate was the lowest in the last 16 years. It remains low today; last year of 10,000 residents 9,809 were free of part 1 crime.
Infrastructure improvements
I personally advanced inportant infrastructure improvements. For years Anaheim opposed Savi Ranch traffic improvements. I negotiated their support for the $4,000,000 modification/signalization of Savi Ranch/YL Blvd which was funded primarily through Measure M monies and dramatically improves circulation/safety/wayfinding in Savi Ranch
