Steward has the respect and confidence of officials IN OUR COMMUNITY.

Steward is a founding member of Aliso Viejo Cityhood.

Steward serves as Delegate to the Aliso Viejo Community Association for the Pacific Ridge Homeowners Association.

Steward has worked on a number of issues impacting our quality of life. He has been awarded plaques and citations from National, State, County, and Local Officials, including but not limited to, PTA - Honorary Service Award.

The Board of Directors of Moulton Niguel Water District has a Long Range Plan to address its mission to provide the highest quality water at the most reasonable cost.

We currently have water reliability projects related to storage and supply that are in various stages of completion or development, which extend beyond 2020.

Our ten year financial plan contains both income streams and cost savings strategies. We operate within a bi-annual budget procedure.

We have partnerships with neighboring water districts.
