Board Member; Orange County Water District; Division 2

I have a proven record of business knowledge and community leadership. My election will bring a new and fresh perspective to the Orange County Water District that will end wasteful spending.

I have significant financial experience during my over 25 years as a financial executive in the energy industry, including 19 years with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). I was the Controller of ARCO Transportation Alaska, Inc. and served as Director and Treasurer of ARCO's Alaskan pipelines: ARCO Pipeline Company and Kuparuk Pipeline Company. I also served as a Director of Cook Inlet Pipeline Company and Chair of the Trans Alaska Pipeline Accounting Committee. In these positions I have significant experience financing large infrastructure projects and emphasizing fiscal responsibility and strict cost controls.
