Maintenance of vacant properties is necessary to prevent blight.Empty and unkept housing and other properties is becoming a more severe problem with the current mortgage crisis. They become an open invitation for crime and vandalism. I will work with lenders and public agencies to find ways of renting and maintaining vacant housing. |
