SJC needs a Unique DRAW that will entice hotel developers. An equestrian theme our city can rally around!
YES, this is a PLAN that is in sync with our citys character and in alignment with our General Plan to serve current and future residence and guest to SJC. Imagine: Horesback riding, chuck wagon breakfast/dinners, roping clinics, 2 step dance classes. Excursions to the Mission, Disneyland, Hollywood, fishing, surfing,golf, spa's, shopping etc..... Then imagine guest return to the Ranch for extended stays. I imagine interactive activities - Club Med style - Our year round vacation climate along with National and International interest in Western cowboy lifestyle is a our unique draw.
