By the perceived failure to act the Federal government has created a doubt of de facto tolerance to citizens of SJC
Illegal means Illegal! 85% of San juan Capistrano Residence want the issue of illegal immigration addressed. I will ADDRESS these issues. I will support e-verify and the ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers. This program is to assist employers to develope a more secure and stable workforceand to enhance fraudulent document awareness through education and training. I will also address the related issues of overcrowing and street parking.
