Aggressively fight crime, both major and minor

Crime undermines the San Juan Capistrano quality of life and cannot be tolerated.
The increase in crime cannot be tolerated. Laura passionately supports the police and the continuation of the current gang injunction. She supports screening illegal aliens in jails and deportation when necessary. Petty crime also needs to be stamped out. Allowing the continuation of graffiti, litter and "minor" crimes is what can undermine the San Juan Capistrano quality of life.
