I will give back the "voice" to residents. Decisions must match the essence of our small surf town, not political agendas. I don't want bad developments, train horns, toll roads or outlet centers. Add Deputies to deal with Gangs. I want to preserve our precious San Clemente with "Brilliant" decisions for growth.

Candidate Positions

• Decisions will be based on the wants and wishes of the majority of the "Citizens" of San Clemente, not political agendas.

• Keep the small town charm and surf city atmosphere of San Clemente. I do not support change making us become Laguna Clemente, or Newport Clemente. We all came her because it is the last small surf town, let's leave it that way.

• Eliminate the Train Horns. The Quite Zone is nothing more than a hope and prayer at this point. The noise damage to beaches, residences and businesses is immeasurable. Noise study shows 96-106db - 24/7. What tourist would come to San Clemente and deal with staying in a freight yard? Businesses are suffering!

• Will not be tied to any political groups or agenda's. Will remain neutral to act on behalf of the majority without political paybacks.

• I support a "Viable" North Beach concept that can actually work in today's declining economic environment. This is the gateway to our city, and I feel it is blighted in its current condition with property values not at their full potential in the area.

• Absolutely no Toll Road, EVER.

• All future growth needs to be "Brilliant Growth", not just Smart Growth. Brilliant growth has to protect the businesses and enterprises on Del Mar, and encourage growth in the downtown core.

• I support the Sheriff's department and want to increase deputy positions on patrol by a minimum of two per shift. The city has grown so must the Deputy staff.

• No tolerance for Gang crimes or Gangs.

• Will not support San Clemente being a Sanctuary City.

• Fight outlet center and signs. Are we Barstow Clemente?
