Senior Center Mess

We are without a plan to get a new Senior Center due to serious flaws by current city council in my opinion
The plan to build a new senior center in HB appears to have been tied to fees due city at another development in an exchange fashion. trying to compare real time dollars to future value dollars coupled with what seems a lack of competition makes this a huge mistake, if not worse.
