  • We must keep Pacifc Grove solvent by carefully monituring expenditures particularly Personnel Costs.
  • We should create an Economic Enterprise Zone in the heart of Pacific Grove
  • We must pay our city workers a competitive wage, equal pay, with benefits and a decent pension upon retirement.

KEEPING PACIFIC GROVE IN THE BLACK
Pacific Grove in order operate smoothly and to accomplish anything must have the financial ability to achieve this. The major expense to the city is the cost of Labor. We have to monitor this carefully.
A Plan to change "Lights Out Avenue" back to Ligthhouse Avenue
In order for the city to provide funding for its varies functions it must generate monies to accomplish this. Revitalizing the downtown core of Pacific Grove is essential to this process.
Why We must pay our city employees a fair and competitive wage
Pacific Grove needs to hire and retain qualified employees. To do this we must have fair compensation. This will lead to contented and productive workers.
