District spends too much money on non-student activities.The district has with the approval of the current board, spent money on items such as hiring an outside consulting firm at the price of over $700,000 to study why the district was losing students. If they had just got together and brainstormed they might have come to the conclusion that during the recent housing boom all the new homes were being built outside disrict boundries. Throwing mony at problems is a common practice that needs to be halted. |
