Knight's experience, formerly in banking and currently as a commercial real estate advisor, gives him unique insight into one of the biggest challenges facing El Dorado County-how to attract business, expand job opportunities and build a more robust tax base.
Knight also has an impressive background in public service. He was a volunteer firefighter before being elected to the El Dorado Hills Fire District Board. He serves on the El County Planning Commission and is also a long time volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the local Red Cross. His long list of endorsements include the two supervisors who are stepping down.
