We are in the 21st Century and our approach should be modern with new and better ideas for the solution of the poblems.I strongly believe in the good ideas and suggestions of the people of Fremont for its growth and create healthy community.

We have an excellent coastal line which can be developed into pedestrian friendly green mixed-use beach condos and quality retail outlets, Restaurants, with lots benches for the families to sit with kid and enjoy the outing, landscaping with massive trees and flower beds. This development should be called FREMONT DREAM MARINA. Additionally, all the future development should be green and use the recycled water for plantation.

Well paying jobs in Green, Bio-technologies and High Tech. Uitilize Mission Peak for the installation of Windmills and Solar Technologies to get cheaper power and more jobs (pls refer to http://www.pickensplan.com for details). Solar/Eletric Powered Public Transport and more bike lanes. Light Rail on Fremont Blvd and Paseo Padre Pkwy.

To have 100 years Development Plan with wide roads, streets, more parks, new schools and recreation centers. Work with the cities of Milpitas and San Jose to take BART up to the Silicon Valley for economic development and reduced pollution.

Fremont should grow on the models of DUBAI, SINGAPORE AND PORTLAND,ORE to have more jobs and good quality of life.

Reduce Taxes and full funding for the SENIORS PROGRAMMES.
