- Jobs and Economic Development
-
The answer to economic prosperity in our rural communities is new green technology. The entrepreneurial spirit of our small and micro businesses, our enterprise zones and our skilled workers are ready to bring these new technologies to the marketplace.
- Universal Healthcare
-
Healthcare is a right not a privilege. Universal Healthcare which includes access to primary care physicians in small rural towns should be our immediate goal.
- The War in Iraq
-
The war in Iraq has become a local issue for every American as money for roads, schools, health care, and the needs of our most vulnerable citizens is cut and the costs of a war the American people strongly oppose continues to mount.
