This information is provided by the candidate |
Ralph's basic philosophy can be summed up by the Resolution he'll submit to the State Assembly within thirty days of taking office...It is the principle responsibility of Government to: ...ensure the civil liberties of its citizens; ...provide for the protection, safety, and health of its residents; ...guarantee the future of all by ensuring its young receive a Quality and Relevant Education to the highest extent of the child's to learn. ALL other duties and responsibilities of government are dependent on, and subservient to, these three basic responsibilities. |
