State Senator to succeed Jeff Denham if recalled; District 12 Voter Information

You may vote on both parts, or just one. Either way, your vote will be counted. The first part is the recall question and asks, "Shall Jeff Denham be recalled (removed) from the office of State Senate District 12?"

The second part asks you to select a candidate to replace Senator Denham if the recall question passes by a majority of votes. If you choose to vote for a replacement candidate, you may vote for only one candidate. All voters in the 12th Senate District are eligible to vote for any of the candidates running for this office regardless of party affiliation.

If the Senator is recalled, the candidate who receives the most votes will be elected as the new Senator. That person can be sworn in as the Senator once the results of the election are certified by the Secretary of State, which is no more than 35 days after the election.

Results as of Jun 5 11:48am
