Why the central committeeBy Patricia SheehanCandidate for Member, Democratic Party County Central Committee; County of Sonoma; Supervisorial District 5 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Why we are electedMembers are elected to the Central Committee by district, rather than appointed by the Board of Supervisors, to be the grass roots representatives not only of their party but also of their districts. I have lived in southwest Santa Rosa for the last forty years. I plan to represent this area specifically, and the Fifth District generally, on the Central Committee. |
