- To benefit all of the students living in the communities served by Healdsburg High School by maintaining small class sizes, updating technology and providing for necessary educational programs and materials, shall the Healdsburg Unified School District be authorized to levy an annual tax of $88 per taxable parcel for seven years only, beginning July 1, 2008, with annual audits and offering an exemption for parcels owned and occupied by persons 65 or over?
