Our water resources are at their limit. We need to find ways to make better use of the water that we have.
Our city should investigate every option that is available to solve this ongoing problem. I think that we can use recycled water in places where humans are not consuming it. Some examples are irrigation and manufacturing processes. Desalination is an option, we can use "green" power sources to power the plants that desalinate sea water. Finally, we need to use the best available technology when we permit future development. This is only a start, there will be more we can do once we start reducing, reusing, and recycling our water resources.
