Answer from John "Johnny" Gutierrez: I bring over 25 years of diverse legal and judicial experience. If elected to the Superior Court, I will uphold the legal rights of victims and b.e tough on crimes that adversely affect the quality of life in our communities. Answer from Pat Connolly: As a Judge I believe that I can best serve the public by putting my legal knowledge and experience to use protecting the rights of all people, including both victims and the accused. Answer from Lori-Ann C. Jones: Our community needs judges who maintain the highest ethical standards. I will be that kind of judge. I will base my decisions on the merits of each case and follow the law. Answer from Bob Henry: In order to provide equity to all. I have no hidden agenda nor personal desire for gain.
Answer from Pat Connolly: Because of my experience handling high profile murders and death penalty cases, prosecuting cop killers and gang murders, I believe deeply in the rights of victims and their families. I am a well respected, fair and ethical prosecutor with vast courtroom experience. Answer from Lori-Ann C. Jones: As a prosecutor and now as a court commissioner, I have sought to treat everyone with respect. I am intelligent, thoughtful, knowledgeable and experienced, and I will bring these qualities to the Superior Court. Answer from John "Johnny" Gutierrez: I regularly handle the most complex trials with diligence and thoroughness. I have continuously applied the law with fairness and impartiality. Also I am highly respected for my integrity in the courtroom. Answer from Bob Henry: Both my personal and legal experiences equip me to serve as a judge. Legally, I have tried administrative, writ, and civil cases. On the criminal side, I have litigated death penalty litigation, appeal litigation and habeas corpus litigation.
