I am proud to be the fourth generation in my family to make Fresno my home. I was born and raised in a military family for the first seven years of my life. When my father completed twenty years of service in the Air Force, he brought his family back to his home town where his family had owned farmland and a trucking company.

After graduating from Clovis High and California State University, Fresno with a degree in Political Science, I went on to attain a Law Degree from San Joaquin College of Law.

I have been active in the community in various capacities and organizations, from the Match2Program to a Board Member of the Fresno/Madera American Red Cross and an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.

I have three daughters with my husband, Dr. Reddi Sudhakar, a Pediatric Lung Specialist at Children's Hospital.
