Mitchell Painter was raised in the West End. Growing up, he spent most of his time in the core of our city. His father was an active participant in the West End Community Council. Mitch has been a resident of Clifton for over 12 years. He and his wife, Jennifer, are committed to the growth of Cincinnati. Painter attended Walnut Hills, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2003 with a BA in Psychology. He has studied the design and planning of urban development. He is familiar with the design attributes that make a city work, such as the design of public spaces and the integration of public transportation. Mitch Painter started his own business, Keystone Properties & Investments LLC, from the ground up in 1998. Along with his twin brother Matt Painter, he has overcome great difficulty in growing his company to the thriving organization it is today. They bought their first property at age 18, and have bought and sold more than 100 properties and now oversee a staff of up to 20, and manage over 150 apartments. Growing into a great leader, Mitch has learned that humility and integrity go hand in hand. He understands that accomplishments come with hard work and perseverance. He has developed an unshakable tenacity and drive that will enable him to lead our city to the magnificent and amazing community that we can be. Mitch has years of experience in the preservation of the historically significant buildings within our city. He understands the importance of preserving these buildings along with the vital importance of bringing development to our city. Throughout his renovations, he has incorporated many green-design features and is a strong believer in our obligation to preserve our environment. Painter he has the ability to push the young people of our city in stepping up to make the drastic changes needed. Mitch Painter has the new energy necessary to jumpstart our city! |
