1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)
I have 30 years of business experience with P&G, where I learned strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to successflly manage complex programs and situations.I have proven abilities working with a diverse workforce from many cultures and backgrounds from around the world--this will be useful in our incredibly diverse district.
3. What is your position on amending the Ohio Constitution with regard to the funding of public schools? (150 word limit)?
Princeton school's income will be significantly, and unfairly reduced, if reasonable solutions are not found to the "inventory/equiptment" tax law change. This tax law change has/will shift tax dollars away from our schools and add tax revenue to other parts of the state budget. This must be addressed.I believe some sort of legislative or constitutional change must occur to make sure we have fair and adequate funding for our Ohio, and therefore, Princeton schools, and will support a reasonable approach to accomplish this.
