Political Philosophy for Greg P. Harris
Candidate for |
As someone who makes his living in public policy, I'm not interested in Republican versus Democratic ideas but, rather, common sense solutions that will build a better future for all Cincinnatians. Many candidates for political office talk about the need to "rebuild" Cincinnati. But we must not overlook what has already been built: incredible neighborhoods; leading artistic and cultural institutions; a wonderful parks system; historic architecture; the lists goes on and on. My governing philosophy is grounded in strategies that leverage and inter-connect our region's existing assets. Through modernizing and streamlining government and targeted economic development, we can bring new wealth to Cincinnati, combat population decline, and garner the resources needed to conquer our most pressing problems. I encourage you to review my Prosperity Agenda, which outlines practical strategies to harness our region's rich past in order to build a better future for all Cincinnatians. |
