As an attorney who believes in excellence in the client representation and I believe in excellence in the judiciary. I believe that a judge should set the tone in her courtroom by stressing fundamental fairness and equal justice, protecting civil liberties which are the linchpin of society and must never be trampled in the rush to dispose of cases.
On the bench I will stress protection of U.S. and Ohio Constitutional Rights; fundamental fairness and equal justice; creating solutions to divert defendants from criminal and self-destructive behavior and civility in the law.
