1.) Email dated Oct 17, 2007 at 05:41:39 received Oct 17, 2007 at 8:39 a.m.

2.) Email dated Oct 16, 2007 at 8:01 a.m., Ventura County District Attorney.

3.) Complaint Concerning District Employees, received Oct 15, 2007 at V.U.S.D., containing four (4) pages.

4.) Board Policy 1100 Communication with the Public: Alex Castillo, ASB President and student trustee, in a public meeting communicated "programs" at Foothill Tech., as follows: "Members of the community shall have opportunties to become involved in the schools and to express their interests and concerns." Carroll Dean Williams is a member of the community. Does the Superintendent deny that Carroll Dean Williams is a member of the community?

5.) Board Policy 1250 Vistitors/Outsiders: "The Governing Board encourages ... and interested members of the community to visit the schools and view the educational program." Carroll Dean Williams is an interested member of the community. Does the Superintendent deny that Carroll Dean Williams is an interested member of the community?

6.) Criminal Complaint ATTN: Rob Briner Ventura County District Attorney dated Oct 16, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.

7.) Video Tape of Principal Joe Bova in violations of Board Policies and the Penal Code.
