As a member of the finance committee I have an obligation to the taxpayers of the district to use our $8,527,792.00 tax revenue wisely and responsibly. To give you a quick summary of how the money is spent - salaries & benefits account for $6,698,382.00. Services & supplies account for $763,067.00 and the rest of the money is funneled into reserves. Reserves would be fire house repairs, and capital equipment such as a new type 1 engine. |
