  • Complete a new small desalination plant sized to meet our current needs before the next drought.
  • Encourage sustainable water use following simplified rules that make sense to all of us including a fair allocation of new water.
  • We have a community wide resource problem. A shared solution with the fewest environmental impacts is best. Together we will find a viable solution.
