Position Papers
Why am I running and what qualifies me to be a school board trustee?
I am running for the Hastings-on-Hudson school board because I think that my extensive involvement at Hillside Elementary and my position on the Village of Hastings Planning Board provide a helpful perspective on issues facing our school district.
What are some of the issues I would like to address as a school board member?
I would like to address curriculum development, social-emotional learning, and efforts to diversify our funding base in order to decrease our reliance on property tax revenues to support the budget.
