Proposition AUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Ardsley Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the sum of $53,413,610 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the 2007-2008 school year and taxes be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same?

Proposition AUFSD-2. School Infrastructure Improvements -- Ardsley Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
(a) That the Board of Education of the Ardsley Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to construct various infrastructure improvements at the Concord Road and Middle Schools and to expend therefor an amount not to exceed $1,098,651; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $1,098,651 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and bonds of the District are authorized and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable; and (c) that the District expects to receive aid from the State of New York estimated to be sufficient in amount to pay substantially all costs of said improvements, and such aid as and when received by the District shall be applied to offset and reduce the taxes hereby authorized.

Proposition BBR-1. Budget Resolution -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the proposed budget or estimate of expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008) presented by the Board of Education in the amount of $36,166,617 be approved and the taxes in the necessary amount therefore be levied?

Proposition BBR-2. Ponteiro Ridge Street School Construction -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the construction renovations and improvements to the Ponterio Ridge Street School, including incidental costs and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $752,602.00 and that $284,731.00 of this amount be transferred from the existing future projects funds balance for such purpose, with the remaining $467,871.00 be obtained through the use of New York State Excel Aid be approved.

Proposition BCSD-1. School Budget -- Bedford Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:"Shall the sum of $110,803,084 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Bedford Central School District for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and that same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall be raised by a tax on taxable property of the school district?."

Proposition BCSD-2. Various Construction Projects, Excel Aid -- Bedford Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:(a) That the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $1,440,000 to pay for the construction of roof, retaining wall and related improvements to various schools; (b) that $71,957 of said estimated cost is hereby authorized to be provided from available funds and the $1,368,043 balance of said cost is expected to be provided from EXCEL aid expected to be received from the State of New York; and (c) that prior to and in anticipation of the receipt of such EXCEL aid the District may be required to temporarily finance all or part of such cost and, accordingly, a tax is hereby authorized to be levied in installments to pay any obligations authorized by said Board of Education to be issued for said Project prior to the receipt of said EXCEL aid?

Proposition BHSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Byram Hills Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Do you approve the Proposed 2007-2008 Budget of $70,965,859?

Proposition BxUFSD. Budget Resolution -- Bronxville Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Bronxville Union Free School District, Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, is hereby authorized to make expenditures as estimated in the Proposed Budget in the amount of Forty Million, Eight Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty Six Dollars ($40,879,456) and to raise the taxes therefor.

Proposition CCSD-1. School Budget Resolution -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of Chappaqua Central School District be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $101,989,545 set forth in the School District Budget for the School Year 2007-2008, and that the necessary tax be levied therefore.

Proposition CCSD-2. Library Budget Resolution -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,762,436 for the Chappaqua Central School District Public Library for the School Year 2007-2008, and that the necessary tax be levied therefore.

Proposition CCSD-3. Excel Project -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Chappaqua Central School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to construct improvements to various District school buildings (the "EXCEL" project) and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $2,128,000; (b) that the District expects to receive aid from the State of New York sufficient to pay substantially all of the cost thereof; (c) that to finance the cost thereof prior to the receipt of such aid, the District may issue obligations, and a tax is hereby authorized to be levied and collected in installments in such years and amounts as shall be determined by the Board of Education of the District to pay such obligations as the same become due and payable; and (d) the amount of taxes hereby authorized shall be offset and reduced by any and all amounts of such aid received by the District, and the District expects that the aggregate amount of such aid will be sufficient to pay substantially all cost of the Project and the financing thereof.

Proposition CCSD-4. High School Bleacher Replacement -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Chappaqua Central School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to expend from funds on hand and available therefore an amount of not to exceed $700,000 to replace bleachers at Horace Greeley High School competition field including the original equipment, machinery, furnishings, apparatus, and all ancillary and related site and other work required in connection there.

Proposition CHUFSD-1. School Budget Resolution -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in the Croton-Harmon School District such amount as will with moneys otherwise available produce the sum of $39,685,250 as contemplated by the budget prepared by the Board of Education on April 9, 2007.

Proposition CHUFSD-2. Library Budget Resolution -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in this district the sum of $709,945 for the support of the Croton Free Library.

Proposition CHUFSD-3. School Bus Purchase -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses, and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $171,200 (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the amount of not to exceed $171,200 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $171,200 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition DFUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum of $36,179,444 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for 2007-08 and that a tax be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same.

Proposition DFUFSD-2. Building Improvements -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, (a) That the Board of Education of the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to construct improvements to various District buildings and sites and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $700,941; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $700,941 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and bonds of the District are authorized and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable; and (c) that the District expects to receive aid from the State of New York estimated to be sufficient in amount to pay substantially all costs of said improvements, and such aid as and when received by the District shall be applied to offset and reduce the taxes hereby authorized.

Proposition DFUFSD-3. Increase to 7 Members on Board of Education -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the number of members of the Board of Education of the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District be increased from six (6) to seven (7) members, effective the 2007-08 school year, with a special election to be held to elect the new member between 30 and 60 days after the Annual Meeting, for a term to commence no earlier than July 1, 2007 and to terminate on June 30, 2010.

Proposition EUF-1. Budget Vote -- Edgemont Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum $43,057,553 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposesfor 2007-2008 and that a tax be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same.

Proposition EUF-2. Improvements to Science Lab Classrooms -- Edgemont Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of the Edgemont Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District") is hereby authorized to construct improvements to science lab classrooms at the Junior/Senior High School to expend therefore $613,360 of the estimated $946,360 total cost; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $613,360, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education, and a tax is hereby further voted to pay interest on any bonds issued to finance said cost, as the same shall become due and payable; (c) that the District expects to receive EXCEL aid from the State of New York in the amount of $613,360, and such aid as and when received by the District shall be applied to offset and reduce the taxes hereby authorized; and (d) that the $333,000 balance of the estimated cost of the EXCEL Project is expected to be provided from budgeted appropriations and funds currently on hand and available therefor.

Proposition EUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Eastchester Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall Eastchester Union Free School District of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, adopt a budget for the school year 2007-08 for the Schools comprising said Eastchester Union Free School District, in the gross sum of $61,200,901 and raise the necessary taxes required for said budget in one sum by tax upon the taxable property of the District?

Proposition GCSD. Budget Resolution -- Greenburgh Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED that the budget for the year commencing July 1, 2007 be adopted in the amount of $54,790,000 the said sums be appropriated, and that taxes be levied in the amount necessary therefor.

Proposition HCSD. Budget Vote, including EXCEL for HHS renovations -- Harrison Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: that the annual School District Budget for the 2007-2008 school year as proposed by the Board of Education in accordance with Section 1716 of the Education Law, in the amount of $95,169,239, inclusive of $1,231,655 State EXCEL Aid, for the purpose of the Harrison High School auditorium renovation, be approved, and the necessary taxes levied therefore upon the taxable real property of the School District.

Proposition HHCSD-1. School Budget -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District of Cortlandt in the County of Westchester be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $63,631,380 for the General Budget and to levy the necessary tax therefor.

Proposition HHCSD-2. Passenger Vans and Buses -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved: (a) That the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses, vans and trucks for use by the District, and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $358,400; (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $ 358,400 to pay such cost, said tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $358,400 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition HHCSD-3. Free Library Budget -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the sum of $722,069 raised by tax to be applied in support of the Hendrick Hudson Free Library which has been registered by the State Board of Regents in the State of New York which sum shall be raised by a levy of taxes on the taxable property of said school district.

Proposition HOH-1. School Budget -- Hastings-On-Hudson Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education of the Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh, NY be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2007-2008 Annual Budget in the total amount of $39,837,564 and to levy the necessary tax therefore?"

Proposition HOH-2. Excel Aid Projects -- Hastings-On-Hudson Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
a) That the Board of Education of the Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to construct improvements to various District buildings (the "EXCEL Aid Projects") and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $907,969; (b) that the District (i) has been allocated and expects to receive $522,990 aid from the State of New York under the new EXCEL aid program, and (ii) also expects to receive State aid in the amount of $384,979 to pay the balance of the cost of the EXCEL Aid Projects; all of such EXCEL and other State aid to be received as reimbursement to the District, by the State, following the payment of the cost of said EXCEL Aid Projects by the District; (c) the amount of expenditures hereby authorized shall be offset and reduced by any and all amounts of EXCEL and other State aid received for the EXCEL Aid Projects by the District, and the District expects that the aggregate amount of said EXCEL and other State aid will be sufficient to pay substantially all costs of the EXCEL Aid Projects.

Proposition IUFSD. Budget Resolution -- Irvington Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Irvington Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh in the County of Westchester, New York be and hereby is authorized: To appropriate the sum set forth $48,432,118 for the fiscal year 2007-2008 and to levy the necessary tax therefor.

Proposition KLUFSD-1. Budget Resolution -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the 2007-2008 budget, be and the same is hereby adopted for the appropriation of the necessary funds to meet the estimated expenditures, and authorizing the levy of tax of and for said Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, as set forth in the detailed statement of expenditures, which will be required for school purposes and for estimated district expenses for the ensuing year, in the amount of 103,613,000."

Proposition KLUFSD-2. Purchase and Financing of Various Vehicles -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various vehicles including: six (6) eighteen (18) passenger vans at the estimated cost of $55,000 each, aggregating $330,000; one (1) operations and maintenance vehicle (including plow), at the estimated cost of $50,000; one (1) operations and maintenance vehicle, at the estimated cost of $71,000; and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and to the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $451,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $451,000 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $451,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition KLUFSD-3. Funding of Various Projects -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to expend from funds on hand and available therefor an aggregate amount of not to exceed $1,300,000 for the following purposes: (i) the installation of a District-wide building and grounds security and access control system; (ii) domestic water tank replacement at Increase Miller and/or Meadow Pond Elementary Schools; (iii) the installation of new and upgraded unit ventilator controls at John Jay Middle School; and (iv) the replacement of and/or reconstruction of the fire alarm panel and related electrical work at John Jay High School and Increase Miller Elementary School; and (b) that the District has been allotted and expects to apply for and receive from the State of New York $1,300,000 of Expanding our Children's Education and Learning ("EXCEL") aid in reimbursement for said $1,300,000 expenditure.

Proposition KLUFSD-4. Establishment of Student Board of Education Member -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District establish the office of Student Board Member, a non-voting member of the Board of Education, who may sit with and participate with the Board of Education at all public meetings, except executive sessions, effective July 1, 2007?

Proposition KLUFSD-5. Funding of Repair Reserve Fund -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education of the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District fund the repair reserve fund established by the Board of Education pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-d of the General Municipal Law, by transferring up to $3,000,000 of excess revenues from the 2006-07 school year to the repair reserve fund?

Proposition LCSD-1. Budget Vote -- Lakeland Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum of $133,004,710 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2007-2008 and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same.

Proposition LCSD-2. Purchase School Buses, Other Vehicles, Equipment -- Lakeland Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Lakeland Central School District of Shrub Oak, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses, vehicles and equipment for use by the District and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and to the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $1,450,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $1,450,000 to pay such cost, said tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,450,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition MVCSD-1. Budget Vote -- Mount Vernon City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved: That the 2007-2008 General Fund Budget hereby adopted for the appropriation of the necessary funds to meet the estimated expenditures and that the Board of Education of the Mount Vernon City School District, Westchester County, New York, be authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $178,887,469 for General Fund purposes and to levy the tax necessary therefore.

Proposition NRCSD-1. Budget Vote -- New Rochelle City School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the general fund proposed budget of expenditures of the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, for the 2007-2008 school year in the amount of $210,748,000 for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures be and hereby is approved and authorized to be submitted to the voters at the Annual School Election/Budget Vote, May 15, 2007; and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon taxable property located within the school district, after first deducting the monies available from State Aid and other sources as provided by law?

Proposition NRCSD-2. Library Budget Vote -- New Rochelle City School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the general fund proposed budget of expenditures of the New Rochelle Public Library, Westchester County, New York, for the 2007-2008 fiscal year in the amount of $3,838,993 for the purposes shown in the statement of expenditures be and hereby is approved; and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon the taxable property of the City School District of New Rochelle after first deducting the monies available from sources as provided by law?

Proposition NSCSD. Budget Resolution -- North Salem Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum of $36,941,639 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2007-2008, and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same.

Proposition OUFSD-1. School Budget -- Ossining Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: that the School District Budget, as proposed by the Ossining Board of Education for the 2007-2008 school year, in the amount of $95,979,505 be adopted and the necessary tax levied therefore.

Proposition OUFSD-2. Ossining Public Library Budget -- Ossining Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: that the Ossining Public Library Budget as proposed by the Board of Trustees of the Ossining Public Library for the 2007-2008 school year in the amount of $3,350,592 be adopted and the Board of Education of the Ossining Union Free School District is hereby authorized to levy the necessary tax therefore.

Proposition OUFSD-3. Claremont School Window Replacement -- Ossining Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: that the Board of Education be authorized to replace windows at the Claremont School, including incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $880,000, to be funded as follows: (1) $800,000 in current funds, available within the general fund; and (2) $80,000 to be funded from the District's allotment of the State of New York's Expanding Our Children's Education and Learning ("EXCEL") aid program; and in anticipation of such revenue, obligations of said School District be issued.

Proposition PCRUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Budget for the fiscal year 2007-2008 as proposed by the Board of Education in the gross amount of $67,787,295 be adopted?

Proposition PCRUFSD-2. Excel Project -- Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
(a) That the Board of Education of the Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to undertake capital improvements substantially as described in a plan prepared by Fuller & D'Angelo, Architects, on file and available for public inspection in the office of the District Clerk, including (as and where needed): (i) reconstruction of the existing roof at the Edison Elementary School, at the estimated cost of $413,569, and (ii) technology improvements; auditorium improvements, including the replacement of windows and seating, upgrades to lighting, sound and video system improvements, and stage reconstruction; water system improvements; replacement of exterior doors; and exterior building and structural improvements at the Port Chester High School (the "Project"), at the estimated cost of $2,475,967, and to expend for all of the foregoing not to exceed $2,889,536 of District funds currently on hand and available therefor; and (b) that the District has been allotted and expects to receive from the State of New York $2,889,536 of Expanding our Children's Education and Learning ("EXCEL") aid in reimbursement for said $2,889,536 expenditure. This expenditure shall not require the levy of any tax

Proposition PCSD-1. Budget Vote -- Peekskill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the sum of $68,293,641 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Peekskill City School District for the fiscal year 2007/2008 and that said sum or so much therefore as may be necessary shall be raised by the levy of a tax on the taxable property of the school district.

Proposition PCSD-2. Transportation of Students -- Peekskill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to provide transportation to students in pre-kindergarten through second grade who live .5 to 4.0 miles from the school which they attend and to students in third through sixth grade who live 1.0 to 4.0 miles from the school which they attend, at an estimated additional annual maximum cost not to exceed $181,210.

Shall the Board of Education of this school district be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the proposed 2007-2008 annual budget in the amount of $21,604,610 and to levy the necessary tax therefore?

Proposition PHCSD-2. School Bus Purchase -- Pocantico Hills Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the proposition set forth in the notice of this meeting authorizing the purchase of two 60 passenger school buses, at a maximum estimated cost not to exceed $100,000 each, totaling $200,000; and providing that such sum shall be raised by a tax levy to be collected in annual installments, with District obligations to be issued in anticipation thereof, be approved?

Resolved, that the 2007-08 school district budget, as submitted by the Board of Education, is hereby approved and the Board of Education is hereby authorized to expend the sum of $40, 945, 232.00 for the school year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 and further BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education is hereby authorized to levy the necessary tax therefor.

Proposition RCSD. School budget -- Rye City School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: That the Rye City School District Budget for the school year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, in the amount of $64,949,000.00 as set forth in the detailed statement of the budget, be adopted and that the Rye City School District Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes therefor.

Proposition RNUFSD-1. School Budget -- Rye Neck Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the proposed budget or estimate of expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008) presented by the Board of Education in the amount of $32,002,636 be approved and a tax in said amount be levied upon the taxable property of the district.

Proposition RNUFSD-2. Excel Aid -- Rye Neck Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the following resolution be adopted to wit: RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, is hereby authorized to accept and expend State Excel Aid of $460,501 to complete work previously authorized by the voters on December 14, 2005 to construct additions to and reconstruct various buildings. Said amount shall not be raised from the property tax, but will be paid entirely from monies to be received as State Excel Aid.

Proposition SCSD. Budget Resolution -- Somers Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the following Resolution be adopted? "RESOLVED, that the sum of $71,872,987 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for 2007-08 and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same."

Proposition ScUFSD. Budget Resolution -- Scarsdale Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum of One Hundred Twenty-four Million, Eight Hundred Fifty-two Thousand, Four Hundred Five Dollars ($124,852,405), of which One Hundred Ninety Thousand, Five Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($190,592) is for the cost of transportation beyond that mandated by law, shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2007-08, and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes to meet the same.

Proposition TRUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education of this School District be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2007-2008 annual budget in the total amount of $55,584,650, and to levy the necessary tax thereof?

Proposition TRUFSD-2. Excel State Aid -- Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns (Majority Approval Required)
(a) That the Board of Education of the Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to expend the amount of not to exceed $787,690, for the partial reconstruction of, and construction of additions, alterations, and improvements, to the Washington Irving School; and (b) that the District expects to receive as a reimbursement from the State of New York $787,690 under the Expanding our Children's Education and Learning (EXCEL) State Aid Program; and (c) that to finance said additional cost prior to the receipt of such aid, bonds of the District may be issued, and a tax is hereby authorized to be levied and collected in installments in such years and amounts as shall be determined by the Board of Education of the District to pay such bonds as the same become due and payable; and the amount of taxes hereby authorized shall be offset and reduced by the EXCEL aid received by the District, which should equal the amount of the bonds.

Proposition TRUFSD-3. Installation of Synthetic Turf Fields -- Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns (Majority Approval Required)
(a) That the Board of Education of the Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to and to construct and install synthetic turf fields and related improvements at various District school sites and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $3,644,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $3,644,000 to pay such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $3,644,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition TUFSD-1. Budget Vote -- Tuckahoe Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the proposed budget of expenditures of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District for the 2007-2008 school year in the amount of $24,612,357 and for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures adopted by the Board of Education be and the same hereby is approved and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon the taxable property of the school district, after first deducting the monies available from state aid and other sources as provided by law.

Proposition TUFSD-2. Building Renovation & Reconstruction -- Tuckahoe Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to (1) renovate and reconstruct various school buildings, including site work thereat, and acquire original furnishings, equipment, machinery or apparatus required for the purpose for which such renovated and reconstructed buildings are to be used, at a maximum cost of $417,000.00 (2) expend such sum for such purpose, (3) levy the necessary tax therefore taking into account state aid and Excel grants received, to be levied and collected in annual installments in such years and in such amounts as may be determined by the Board of Education, and (4) in anticipation of the collection of such tax, issue bonds and notes of the District at one time or from time to time in the principal amount not to exceed $417,000.00, and levy a tax to pay the interest on said obligations when due.

Proposition WPCSD. Budget Resolution -- White Plains City School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the budget for the 2007-2008 school year in the amount of $174,070,116 be adopted, and that the necessary taxes be levied therefor.

Proposition YKTCSD. School Budget -- Yorktown Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the Annual School District Budget for the fiscal year 2007 - 2008 in the amount of $83,210,000 and the requisite portion thereof to be raised by taxation on the taxable property of the District be approved.
