It's time for the City Council to get proactive about the amount of growth allowed in our City. We are nearing the limits of growth allowed in the 1994 General Plan. We need a comprehensive approach that evaluated the totality of all growth, not just decision making on a project-by-project basis. I will lead the effort to create an updated community-based General Plan that limits and controls future growth. |
