Answer from William R. Hanauer:

Maximize tax base, minimize increases. Develop downtown, all-income housing. Attract new retail, jobs. Complete Comprehensive Plan with community participation. Accelerate infrastructure, service improvements. Preserve historic character,diversity. Guarantee riverfront access.

Answer from Donald DeBerardinis:

Protect working people from housing crisis. Implement Master Plan based on community needs. Protect taxpayers from waste. Listen and learn from residents about community needs. Manage properly and sanely.

Answer from John A. Perillo:

Continue addressing quality of life issues. Accountability, fiscal budget management, lower taxes. Insure well planned development of our community and our downtown waterfront, and our central business district.
