  • I will be a good neighbor to the community and Navy. I will resist a land grab for a parking lot within the community and Navy.
  • I will hold open commissioner meetings with open decisions. I will ensure full market ship fees and will share revenue with the community.
  • I insist on strict policies for important areas such as terrorist security, safe investment of funds, inspection of dangerous cargo, pollution control
