Affordable Housing Measure - Without increasing locally imposed taxes or using any of the City's General Fund, shall developers and/or public agencies whose purpose is to provide affordable housing, be authorized to construct, acquire and rehabilitate up to fifty (50) housing units per year carried over from year to year on scattered sites throughout the city, to make available rental housing affordable to low and moderate income households, including but not limited to senior citizens and disabled persons?
CITY OF RIVERBANK If adopted by city voters, this measure would without raising locally- imposed taxes or using funds from the City's General Fund, publicly assist private and non-profit developers and/or public agencies to make available rental housing affordable to very low, low and moderate income households and individuals, including but not limited to senior citizens and disabled persons. The measure would set a limit of fifty (50) units per year, which could be carried over from year to year.
