PROFILE Peter Thottam is an attorney in a Real Estate Development and Finance practice in Los Angeles. His practice focuses on retail real estate development & leasing, acquisitions, financings, and related corporate transactions.

Peter is also experienced in a broad range of corporate law transactions, including multi-million dollar financings, contract disputes and related specific performance actions, credit restructurings, venture capital and securities financings. He has advised on two $50 million financings including a real estate investment trust secondary offering.
