Ray is a retired business manager with more than forty years of engineering and leadership in the information technology industry. He is a lifetime resident of southern California, and has lived with his family in their Huntington Beach home since 1978.

Ray is proud of his military service in the United States Air Force assigned to the North American Air Defense Command from 1961 to July 4, 1965.

He began his career in the computer industry with IBM in 1965, holding various technical and management positions, including Systems Engineering Manager. After spending 24 years with IBM, He decided to take on the challenge of working in smaller start up companies. Over the last 16 years he has been instrumental in helping two information technology companies grow from under 4 to over 35 employees:

Ray earned his Masters in Business Administration from The University of California at Irvine in 1989, and a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
