Candidate for
Director; South Bay Irrigation District; Division 4

As an active and involved, long time member of our community, I have found great interest in becoming involved in making sure we continue to have a sufficient, reliable, safe, diverse, and environmentally sensitive source of water. Up to the present time, the Sweetwater Authority has built and maintained an excellent water recovery and distribution system, and I would find great satisfaction in serving as your representative on the Sweetwater Authority Division 4.

My overall political philosophy centers around the concept that anybody who would like to make a difference in our society, may do so be getting involved in a constructive manner. It is easy to complain about the system or about those people who are in leadership roles, but taking the "high road" and getting involved is the proactive way to help make our community a better place to live.

If elected to the South Bay Irrigation District, I will work hard and collaboratively, with my board member peers, in order to continue the outstanding service the Sweetwater Authority provides to our community.
