REDUCTION OF MONTHLY MEETINGS
Monthly meetings:
1. Are getting very expensive and the consumer bears the burden.
2. In 2002, there were four monthly meetings, which increased to 9 monthly meetings.
3. There are seven members of the board and each member receives $150 per meeting, therefore if all 7 members attend all 9 monthly meetings, it is costing you, the consumer, $113,400 per year.
4. Reduce the number of meetings to save the consumer money.
