My reasons for getting Eminent Domain on the ballot
Eminent Domain was invoked by the current Council without voter approval. This cannot be allowed to happen again. Chula Vista had the measure voted on and now it's time National City does the same. Let's not let the City destroy businesses and uproot long time residents without their consent. We must protect our property.
