Candidate for
Council Member; City of Mountain View

I have lived in Mountain View, with my wife and three sons, who attend Mountain View public schools, since 1995. I have been involved in the community for the past eleven years and currently serve as Vice-Chair of the Human Relations Commission. As a businessman with graduate degrees in Business and Economics, and as a graduate of Leadership Mountain View, I responded to the need in New Orleans by volunteering with the Red Cross to assist in the Katrina Relief Effort. Furthermore, I also manage a socially responsible company that raises funds for local schools and youth sports. I currently coach at Mountain View High. My vision for Mountain View includes a hate-free city with more open space, efficient and clean transportation, balanced sustainable growth, fiscally responsible management, safe neighborhoods, improved public schools, clean air, and more playing fields. I plan to pursue partnerships between the City and private industry to ensure the fruition of these aspirations. With your support, I will not only dedicate myself to improving the residential and commercial life of our thriving community but will also dedicate my first year's earnings to our public school system.
