Qualities and qualifications for candidacyI am adept at facilitating open dialogue and in turn directing said dialogue toward establishing goals and working toward those goals . I have experience working as a volunteer at the elementary level with school site council , boundary committee , in the classroom , and as track and cross country coach . I have been an educator at the junior high and high school levels . I have been on committees at the high school for which I worked . I have served as Public Relations Chair (2003-05) and as a representative (2002-03) of the Tri-Counties District to the state assembly of the California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA). In the aforementioned settings I performed leadership roles and motivated people to seek practical and innovative solutions . I am currently a board member of the Santa Maria Swim Club . |
