I have served on the last two Goleta Water District "Citizen Advisory Committees"...member of the "California Special Districts Assn"...member of the "American Assn of Sanitary Engineering"...Licensed "Backflow Prevention Tester & Installer"...certified in "AB1234 Ethics and Brown Act Training"
