Dear Neighbors,

Not too long ago, this City was on the brink of bankruptcy. During the past four years, with the cooperation of a united council, we have turned this once crippled town into a flourishing, safer community with a very promising future.

Building upon our recent success depends largely on keeping the existing council together. Our combined strength and complimentary vision for the City will prove invaluable to a better way of life for all of us.

In Perris, quality homes are giving families the opportunity to share in the American dream. We have added a new fire station, increased police protection by 20 percent and reduced violent crime. We have eliminated pot holes throughout the city with miles of newly paved roads, added several new parks and increased employment opportunities locally.

I graduated from Perris High School. I have spent my adult life here, operating a locally owned business and raising my four children and grandson in Perris.

Our city is on the right track. With the experience and continued leadership of our council, we can all make Perris a City that everyone is proud to call home.

Thank you for your continued vote of support.

Mark Yarbrough
