1. Contracted with Orange County Fire Authority and Orange County Sheriffs to be our protective services agencies for public health and safety

2.Stanton is one of a few Orange County cities in the black and the future financial picture looks great

3.$100 million "Renaissance Plaza" project - new homes and commerce in the heart of Stanton

4.Renovation of City Parks - Zuniga, Premier, Norm Ross, and Hollenbeck

5.Stanton has had a balanced budget for the past 16 years

6. Brought Home Depot to Stanton.

7.Brought Autobacs Superstore of Japan to Stanton - Autobacs first store outside of Japan

8.New street signs citywide

9.Trees for homes citywide

10.The "Park Avenue Restaurant" brought to Stanton

11.Eliminated the flooding at major intersections throughout the community with new storm drains and runoff systems.

12.Fixed all major railroad crossings on all the arterial roads in Stanton. "NO MORE BUMPS"

13.Traffic control and stop signs installed on Santa Rosalia, Main Street, Winterwood at Arrowhead, Summertree Town Homes, Orangewood and Lenmar, Smoketree Town Homes, St. Polycarp School on Chapman, and Fern

14.Redesigned and developed new city park system: Hollenbeck Park, Premier Park, Stanton Park, and Zuniga Park.

15.Defeated Measure A that would have allowed organized crime and casinos in the City of Stanton.

16.Developed over 200 new homes in housing tracts throughout our residential communities.

17.Negotiated and signed a ten year agreement with the Orange County Fire Authority to provide protective services with a 3% cap, saving the taxpayers of Stanton future costs.

18.Designed and will build a new neighborhood community center serving the residents of Stanton.

19.Brought in over 150 new businesses including Sam's Club, Albertsons, Walgreens, Sav-On, Starbucks, Autobac, Auto Zone, Carl's Jr, Indoor Swap Meet of Stanton, What Matters the Most, Con-M Trucking, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Straw Hat Pizza, Pick-Your-Part Auto Recycling, Baker Brothers Restaurant, Subway, Sizzler, Golden Steer, Wendy's and Food for Less.

20.Expanded our Community Parks and Recreation Department to provide more Senior Citizen Programs and after school recreation programs for our youth.

21. Founded the Annual Stanton Summerfest/Business Expo and Concerts in the Park Series.

22.Founded the Anti-Drug Program Drugbusters.

23. Founded the City Wide Anti-Graffiti Program that has been a model for other Orange County Cities.

24.Reduced crime over 72% in the last eleven years.

25.Expanded our Code Enforcement Department to improve the quality of life for all Stanton residents.
