Political Philosophy for Jeffrey T. Rips
Candidate for |
I have been living in Rossmoor Since 2001. Many of you know me through coaching my three children's (Eliana-9, Joshua-6, and Jacob-6) sports teams (baseball, soccer, softball, and T-ball), school functions, scouting, or neighbors and understand that I am very committed to our community. I will utilize the skills and talents that I have developed while serving as an executive director of a non-profit organization for the past 10 years. Through this experience I have learned the importance of hard work, dedication, consensus building, and utilizing all available resources to achieve important goals. Through my work experience and community volunteering, I believe I have the essential skills and values for being a strong leader in our community. I will listen, build relationships with community members, and keep an open mind to fully investigate what is best for our community. Most importantly I pledge to work hard to preserve the unique identity of Rossmoor, to ensure that our community continues to be a safe environment for us all, and that we continue to build towards our future. Thanks for your support + and remember to vote on November 7th! |
